Spacious and bright room with high ceilings and wooden floors.

Fully furnished with double bed, leather couch, study desk, wardrobe, plus a big library of books (mostly literature in Turkish and non-fiction in English).

Room normally serves as the study space of the flat.

One of the most hype and central area of Istanbul, located at Galata Neighborhood on the historic Serdarı Ekrem street with lots of new gen cafes and designer shops.

M1 metro line (istiklal Station) is just on the corner and the Karakay ferry lines are 10 minutes by walk.

Galata Tower, İstiklal Street, German High School and Crimean Church are all within 5 minutes reach by walk.

Although it’s that central it’s a pretty quite neighborhood, you only hear ferries during day which sounds good to me

I used to share the flat with my girlfriend. So it’s not a student WG but a pretty homy, cosy space with all amenities available for living, including a cat.

It’s a transitionary phase for me and I’m looking for someone grown-up to share the responsibilities. Tidy, clean, respectful etc. you know what I mean.

I’m a 38 years old male with engineering background, nowadays spending most of my time by building a product about mental wellbeing and attention. I’m into politics, psychology and society and enjoy being around with like-minded people.

Our cat called Kara and the flatmate should take care of her when I’m not around.

German speakers are preferable since I try to get better with German speaking..
