Dislaimer: I am putting this up for a friend (lrmak) who is renting out this room, so I am not living in the flat. If you are interested I would give your Information to her and you can have a videocall to get to know each other.
The room has two windows through which, despite being in the basement, there is always daylight. The windows do not face the street but rather the backyard, which means the entire apartment is very quiet. The room already has a bed, closet and a couch, so it is furnished. The apartment has three rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, oven and a dining table for four people. The bathroom is small but well equipped with a shower and washing machine.
If you are interested, you will ofcourse be able to see the whole flat in a videocall or in pictures, just let me know. Also if you would want to stay longer than the 30th september its also possible to arrange that, in this case you can talk to lramk about your preferences.
The apartment is quietly located in a residential area in Kadıköy, on a small street with little traffic. The next supermarket is 150 meters away, as is a bakery and a kiosk that is open until late. The Acıbadem metro station is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, so you can reach the ferry stations in Kadıköy in just 15 minutes. You can also walk to the ferry stations in about 20 minutes, as well as to the bars and clubs in Kadıköy, which can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes by foot. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the nearest restaurants and larger shopping venues.
Your new Flatmates would be lrmak and Anna.
lrmak would be renting the flat to you and has just finished her studies to become a lawyer. She will start working at a law office in April. She is a relaxed person that enjoys chatting and hanging out or having a drink with some lat night talk.
Anna is arguably equally relaxed and is studying international affairs. She is in uni most days of the week or goes to the gym some days of the week and will stay until october when her Erasmus semester ends.
