Hello!!! I am renting a nice room in my house where I live with my cat. If you are a cat-friendly, queer or female individual and want to live in a central location, this is the place for you! We are 19 minutes walk from Osmanbey metro and 20 minutes walk from Taksim Square. Also, bus stops are only 3-4 minutes away, so we are in a very comfortable location in terms of transportation. My house has a large terrace, a great area to enjoy in summer and winter!
There will be only two people in the house: you and me. However, when you rent the room, I will be sleeping in the living room and I will not be at home all the time, so you will have the opportunity to be home alone often, leaving you plenty of space. At first I am thinking of a short-term rental, but we can also talk about a long term.
I am a journalist, I like an organized life and I expect a certain order in cleaning, but I am not overly strict. I am a calm, friendly and easy-going person and I take care to provide a peaceful and comfortable environment at home.
