Wir suchen ein*e Zwischenmieter*in, die Lust auf freundschaftliches und geselliges Zusammenwohnen hat. Da eine unserer Mitbewohnerinnen für ein paar Monate ins Ausland geht.
Das Zimmer (9m²) wird ist ab September bis mindesten Ende Januar frei, eventuell auch etwas länger. Außerdem ist es komplett möbeliert. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt.
Neben den Schlafzimmern haben wir noch ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Arbeitszimmer und zwei Balkone zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung. So lässt es sich auch mit den kleinen Zimmern gut Leben 😉. Außerdem haben wir zwei Bäder.

We are looking for a subtenant who wants to live together in a friendly and sociable way. Since one of our roommates is studying abroad for some months.
The room (9m²) will be available in September and is fully furnished. The flat is equipped with everything one could need, lovely furnished and well maintained. :)
In addition to the bedrooms we have a large living room, a study room and two balconies for shared use. So it's easy to live with the small rooms 😉. We also have two bathrooms 👍.
Die Wohnung liegt in Lobeda in der Nähe der Haltestelle Lobeda West. Von dort seid ihr innerhalb von 15 Minuten im Zentrum, mit dem Fahrrad sind es 20 Minuten.
Einkaufen können wir direkt vor der Tür - die Supermärkte haben hier auch viel länger offen als in der Innenstadt ;).
Ansonsten hängen wir ganz gerne in Emils Ecke rum, einer Stadtteilkneipe die nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Und im Sommer gib es hier im Saalepark 5 Minuten den Berg runter mehrere tolle Rumhäng- und Badestellen und in der Umgebung von Lobeda einige schöne Wanderwege und sogar ein Skate Park.

The apartment is located in Lobeda near the tram stop Lobeda West. From there you can reach the city centre within 15 minutes, by bike it is 20 minutes.
We can shop right outside the door - the supermarkets here are also open much longer than in the city center ;).
We like to hang around in Emil's Ecke, a neighborhood centre which is only 10 minutes walk away. And in summer there are several great hanging and swimming spots in the Saalepark 5 minutes down the hill and some beautiful hiking trails in the surroundings of Lobeda and additionally a skatepark.
Wir verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen, sei es beim gemeinsamen Essen, fernsehen oder auch aktiveren Vorhaben wie Wandern, Baden in der Saale oder gelegentlichen Party-Ausflügen. Einige von uns engagieren sich politisch im Stadtteil und beschäftigen sich gerne mit dem, was politisch so passiert, oder diskutieren darüber.
Zu uns würde eine Mitbewohnerin passen, die nach mehr als einer Zweck-WG sucht und Lust hat sich aktiv in unser WG Leben einzubringen.
Wir kochen normalerweise zusammen und dann immer vegetarisch. Das Leben mit uns ist entspannt und unkompliziert. Wir haben eine geteilte Kasse für Lebensmittel, alles in der Küche und im Kühlschrank gehört allen.
Wir haben einen Putzplan für alle Gemeinschaftsräume, der bis auf ein gelegentliches Sommerloch ganz gut funktioniert.
Es ist uns wichtig Probleme oder Unzufriedenheit offen anzusprechen und Rücksicht aufeinander zu nehmen. Aber auch nicht kleinlich zu sein und unsere Unterschiedlichkeit ein Stück weit zu akzeptieren. Dafür treffen wir uns mindestens einmal im Monat für ein kleines Plenum.
Wir können leider keine Partys in der Platte hosten, aber es kommt schon oft vor, dass wir zum Brunchen und zum Spieleabend einladen. Befreundete Übernachtungsgäste sind auch keine Seltenheit.
Was vielleicht auch noch wichtig ist für dich: Eine unserer Mitbewohnerinnen spricht besser Englisch als Deutsch, das heißt, wenn wir alle zusammen sind, sprechen wir meistens auf Englisch.

We like to spend time together, be it having breakfast or lunch together, watching TV or also more active stuff such as hiking, swimming in the Saale or occasionally going on partys together. Some of us are doing political activism in the neighbourhood and like to discuss what is happening politically here and in other places.
We are looking for a roommate who wants to actively participate in our daily life at home and is not just looking for a room but for a community.
We normally cook together and then always vegetarian. Life with us is relaxed and uncomplicated. We have a shared cash box for groceries, everything in the kitchen and the fridge belongs to everyone.
We have a cleaning plan for all common areas.
It is important for us to address problems or dissatisfaction openly and to be considerate of each other. But also not to be petty and to accept our differences a little bit. For that we meet once a month for an assembly.
Hosting parties in Lobeda is not really possible because of the building structure and noises, but we like to host game night and brunches. It happens also that friends of us are staying over night.
What is maybe also important to you: One of our roommates speaks English better than German, so if we are all together we mostly talk in English.
Die Gesamtmiete setzt sich zusammen aus Miete, Nebenkosten und den Kosten für GEZ, Internet, Fernsehen und unsere Gemüsekiste.
