Hallo, da ich aus beruflichen Gründen von Jena wegziehen muss, ich aber eine WG mit einem Freund gegründet habe, ist es mir wichtig, für ihn einen Mitbewohner zu finden.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Straßenbahn-Haltestelle Lobeda-West (1min), sowie in der Nähe der A4 (3min), was eine schnelle Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz ermöglicht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in direkter Nähe (Netto 1 min, Kaufland 5min,....).
Das große Gemeinschaftszimmer ist voll möbliert, wie auch Küche , Flur und Bad. Das freiwerdende WG-Zimmer ist 12m² groß und besitzt einen Einbauschrank, der sehr viel Platz bietet. DSL und Telefon sind vorhanden sowie Fernsehen. Selbstverständlich ist ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden.
Also, wenn ihr gerne kocht und gemütliche Abende mit Freunden im großen gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer verbringt, dann meldet euch bitte. Ich würde mich sehr freuen!!!
