Hallo zuammen,
Wir, 2 Bio-Mädels, suchen für unsere renovierte Wohnung einen neuen männlichen Mitbewohner, da unser derzeitiger leider auszieht.
Das Zimmer hat 11m² und kann wahlweise mit Bett und Schreibtisch übernommen werden. In der Wohnung sind Waschmaschine, Herd, sowie sämtlicher Hausrat bereits vorhanden, einschließlich 2 netten Mitbewohnerinnen ;).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor der Haustür (Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann) oder in 10min Fußweg (Kaufland).
Mit der Straßenbahn fahrt ihr bis ins Zentrum mit der Linie 5,3,35 und 34 ca. 15min und tagsüber fährt sie auch aller 6min.
Daher ist man immernoch sehr flexibel.
Über Haustiere würden wir uns sehr freuen, sind aber natürlich kein muss :). Wir selbst besitzen 2 Malachit-Stachelleguane und 1 kleinen Roborowski-Zwerghamster.
Wenn ihr Lust habt, meldet euch bei uns. Ihr könnt sehr gerne vorbei kommen und euch alles Anschauen.
