Die 142m² Wohnfläche sind wiefolgt aufgeteilt:
Im Dachgeschoss ist ein Zimmer mit 30m².
In dem Obergeschoss sind zwei Zimmer 30m² und 12,3m² sowie das Bad mit Wanne und Dusche.
Im Erdgeschoss ist die Küche, das Gäste WC und ein 30m² großes Zimmer welches als Gemeinschaftszimmer dient mit Ausgang zum Garten.
Im Untergeschoss befinden sich 2 Zimmer 30m² und 12m² mit einem großen Nutzbaren Flur.
Außerdem gibt es noch eine Garage die als Partyraum genutzt werden könnte.
