da ich ein Auslandssemester mache, wird mein schönes Zimmer für die Monate September bis Februar frei. (Genau genommen ab dem 15. August, falls du schon etwas früher einziehen magst.)
Das Zimmer ist 11m2 groß und Richtung Osten ausgerichtet. Das heißt morgens kriegst du die wunderschöne Morgensonne ab. Da wir im 7. Stock wohnen, hast du perfekten Ausblick auf die Berge und die Lobdeburg. Zwar ist das Zimmer klein, aber zum Rumhängen haben wir ein tolles Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, wo wir gerne gemeinsam Zeit verbringen. Stauraum hast du im großen Einbauschrank und im Keller.

since I'll be leaving for a semester abroad my room will be free for the months of september to february. (to be exact starting on 15th of August)
The room is 11m2 and faces east. This means you get the beautiful morning sun in the morning. As we live on the 7th floor, you have a perfect view of the mountains and the Lobdeburg. Although the room is small, we have a great living room with a balcony where we enjoy spending time together. There is storage space in the built-in wardrobe and in the basement.
Unsere Wohnung ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß von der Saale und Park entfernt. In einer halben Stunde bist du im Grünen auf der Lobdeburg, von wo viele weitere schöne Wanderwege weiterführen.
Unter den Supermärkten hast du die Wahl zwischen Kaufland (bis 22 Uhr offen, 2 min), zwei Nettos (5 min) und Rewe (bis 24 Uhr offen, 10 min) oder Aldi (10 min).
Die Innenstadt erreichst du mit Rad in 20-30 Minuten. Manche Leute schaffen es wohl auch in 15 Minuten, aber ich würde das mal nicht als Standard setzen. Mit der Tram brauchst du so zwischen 15 und 20 Minuten. Die Station ist 2 Minuten von der Haustür entfernt.

Our flat is 7 minutes away from the river Saale and the park. In half an our footwalk you reach the Lobdeburg from where many other beautiful walks follow.
Concerning supermarkets you have the choice between Kaufland (2 min), Netto (5min) and Rewe or Aldi (10 min).
The city you reach in 20 to 30 minutes by bike, though some people claim to do that in 15 minutes. With public transport, which is only 2 minutes from our frontdoor you need between 15 and 20 minutes.
Zu dritt bilden wir die Fritzi-WG (von Fritz-Ritter-Str): Sheyda (23), Karl (24) und ich Ria (24). Wir verbringen gerne mal Zeit miteinander. Wobei alle zugleich auch ihre persönlichen Freiräume genießen und in eigenen Freund*innenkreisen verkehren. Wir haben ein Wohnzimmer, indem wir uns gerne auf ein Käffchen treffen (Karl hat eine Siebträgermaschine, die super lecker Kaffee macht :P) oder bei Gelegenheit ne Runde Brettspiele zocken.
Im Sommer verbringen wir auch viel Zeit auf dem Balkon, wo wir chillen oder unseren wenig grünen Daumen üben.
Das Einhalten einer Wohlfühlsauberkeit und ein freundlicher Umgang miteinander ist uns sehr wichtig!

The three of us make up the Fritzi flat share (from Fritz-Ritter-Str): Sheyda (23), Karl (24) and me, Ria (24). We enjoy spending time together. At the same time, we all enjoy our own personal space and socialise with our own friends. We have a living room where we like to meet up for a coffee (Karl has a portafilter machine that makes super delicious coffee :P) or play a round of board games when we get the chance.
In summer, we also spend a lot of time on the balcony, where we chill out or practise our little green thumb.
Keeping a tidy space to feel comfortable and a friendly atmosphere is very important to us!
Die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig. Die Wand zwischen meinem und Sheydas Zimmer ist recht dünn. Aber es ist sehr gut möglich damit umzugehen, nach 22 Uhr setzt man sich zum Beispiel dann eher mal die Kopfhörer auf um Musik zu hören statt diese laut zu hören.
Bitte schreibe in deiner Anfrage ein bisschen über dich, da wir die Vorauswahl aufgrund der eingegangenen Nachrichten treffen.
Da ich den Großteil meiner Sachen im Zimmer lassen werde, würde ich gerne eine Kaution von 200€ vereinbaren. Die bekommst du natürlich zurück wenn alles noch im guten Zustand ist, wenn ich zurückkomme.

The flat is quite bright. The wall between my room and Sheydas room is quite thin. But it's very easy to deal with, for example after 10 p.m. you put on your headphones to listen to music instead of listening to it loudly.
Please write a bit about yourself in your enquiry, as we will make the pre-selection based on the messages we receive.
Since I'll leave most of my stuff in the room, I'd like a security deposit of 200€ that you will get back when everything is in good state the moment I return.
