Das Zimmer ist recht gerade bis auf eine rausragende Ecke und somit recht geräumig wenn man nicht jeden Quadratzentimeter zustellt :)
Das Zimmer hat zwei Fenster, die zum Innenhof zeigen wo andere WGs sind, welche aber die meiste Zeit recht ruhig sind. Sonne ist Frühs bis Mittag für ein paar Stunden da aber sonst eher schattig. Dafür ist die Straßenbahn, die quasi direkt vor der Tür hält, nicht zu hören.
The room is quite straight except for one protruding corner and therefore quite spacious if you don't cover every square centimeter :)
The room has two windows that face the inner courtyard where other shared flats are located, but these are quite quiet most of the time. There is sun for a few hours in the morning until midday, but otherwise it is rather shady. On the other hand, you can't hear the tram, which stops right outside the door.
Quasi direkt vor der Tür ist die Straba-Haltestelle Nordschule, wodurch alles wichtige schnell erreichbar ist.
Der Lidl ist 5min Fußweg entfernt und auch REWE und EDEKA sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar oder Rewe auch mit der Bahn, falls mal etwas mehr transportiert wird.
Der Uni Campus ist mit der Bahn innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar zu Fuß ca. 15-20min, die FH mit Bahn und Bus ebenfalls in ca. 15-20min.
The Nordschule tram stop is right outside the door, so everything important can be reached quickly.
Lidl is a 5-minute walk and REWE and EDEKA are also within easy walking distance or Rewe can be reached by train if you need to transport a little more.
The university campus can be reached by train within a few minutes, by foot in about 15-20 minutes, the university of applied sciences by train and bus also in about 15-20 minutes.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Salwa (30) und Martin (32).
Salwa bringt viel Energie in die WG. Sie ist gerade mit ihrer Masterarbeit in Biochemie fertig und ist jetzt fleißig am Arbeiten. Außerdem spricht sie einen Haufen Sprachen, fließend Englisch und Arabisch, genug Deutsch damit man sich auch auf Deutsch unterhalten kann und diverse andere Sprachen.
Martin arbeitet im Anders in der Wagnergasse. Er hat Dolmetschen und Übersetzen in Spanisch und Englisch studiert und freelanced in diesem Bereich, wenn ihm gerade ein gutes Projekt über den Weg läuft. Martin ist eigentlich für alles zu haben, ob ein Bierchen am Abend, Technoparties, oder einen Tee und ein nettes Gespräch auf dem Balkon. Außerdem singt er im Chor und geht regelmäßig Bouldern.
An sich wird gerne mal in der WG gekocht und dementsprechend auch gerne zusammen gegessen. Salwa hat zudem immer heißen Gossip in der Laufbahn, so wird es auch nie langweilig. Die Wohnung ist relativ ruhig, auch die WGs drüber und drunter hört man nur selten, aber höhere Lautstärken stören deine neuen Mitbewohner nicht. Die sind einiges gewohnt.
Your new flatmates are Salwa (30) and Martin (32).
Salwa brings a lot of energy to the shared flat. She has just finished her Master's thesis in biochemistry and is now working. She also speaks a bunch of languages, fluent English and Arabic, enough German to be able to converse in German and various other languages.
Martin works at Anders in Wagnergasse. He studied interpreting and translation in Spanish and English and works freelance in this field whenever a good project comes his way. Martin is up for anything, whether it's a beer in the evening, techno parties or a cup of tea and a nice chat on the balcony. He also sings in a choir and regularly goes bouldering.
They like to cook together and therefore enjoy eating together. Salwa always has hot gossip on the go, so it never gets boring. The apartment is relatively quiet and you rarely hear the flatmates above and below, but your new flatmates don't mind higher volumes.

Ich würde gern sämtliche Möbel abgeben, die sich in meinem Zimmer befinden. Ein großer Kleiderschrank, Bett mit Lattenrost und Schreibtisch. Über den Preis können wir gern verhandeln.
