1 Bett, 1 Sofa, 1 Kleiderschrank und 1 Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, 1 transportabler Kleiderwagen sowie 1 Regal, 1 Kommode, 1 Raumteiler-Regal, 2 Decken-, und eine Schreibtischlampe gehören zum Zimmer dazu, ebenso Vorhänge - dies alles würde also auch nach Deinem Auszug in der Wohnung bleiben, so dass Du kein Geld dafür ausgeben müsstest. Das Zimmer ist super lichtdurchflutet und hat einen separaten Terrassenzugang - absoulutes Highlight der Wohnung (inklusive schöner Sonnenuntergänge)!
Zu der restlichen Wohnung gehören eine vollausgestattete Küche (inklusive Geschirrspüler), ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und Badmöbel. Die Toilette ist separat, das ist sehr günstig und praktisch in einer WG!

Die 1. Bewohnerin (Fachschule) und die Vermieterin sind an Sauberkeit und Ordnung interessiert, eine Hausordnung gehört zum Mietvertrag und muß eingehalten werden!
Wir sind an einer längeren Mietzeit interessiert!
Zusätzlich zu der Warmmiete kommen noch die Stromkosten und die GEZ-Gebühr.
