Halli Hallo liebe Suchende
ich ziehe gerade aus meiner Wohnung aus da ich in einer anderen Stadt einen Praktikumsplatz bekommen habe. Aus diesem Grund ist nun wieder Platz in der schönen 3er Wg.
Ich umreiße kurz einmal die Grunddaten.
Also: du würdest mit zwei netten Mädels zusammen unter einem Dach wohnen. Dein Zimmer ist 13m² groß und hat ein schön großes Fenster nach hinten raus. Du wohnst also nicht an der Straße und kannst schön ruhig einschlafen. Es gibt eine Küche mit Gemeinschaftsbalkon, ein Bad und eine zusätzliche Toilette.
Wlan ist natürlich auch vorhanden.
Der Edeka ist gleich um die Ecke und zur Straßenbahn läuft man 3 min. Man ist also in 5 min in der Innenstadt.
