This Cozy room is part of a newly renovated flat share, home to international students and academic staff. The apartment is always quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal environment for both focused studying and relaxing after a long day. I’ve had an incredible experience living here, and the space has always allowed me to concentrate on my work without distractions. As you have prevented the current months of your rental from being rented to other prospective tenants. The proof of payment is considered simple proof, the property management is not obliged to provide any further proof.
The rental contracts run for at least 12 months without the possibility of termination, but a new tenant can be replaced within a year's notice
