Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal - FH und Uni in Fußnähe, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Pizzaria nebenan, der Westbahnhof ein Katzensprung entfernt. Direkte Anbindung an die Buslinien 10,11,12,13.
Unsere Wohnung hat ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und eine große Wohnküche. Unser Hund, eine ebenso aufgeschlossene Beagle-Dame, zieht zum 1. April ebenfalls aus, es ist aber davon auszugehen, dass der Hund öfter auch längerfristig da sein wird.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Z(uk)ünftiges Zusammensitzen ist durchaus erwünscht.
