Hallo!
Gerade habe ich den Vertrag für diese Wohnung Am Magdelstieg 73 unterschrieben und suche jetzt drei Mitbewohner!
Ich bin eine halb deutsche halb englische, 22-jährige Medizinstudentin und wechsle jetzt zum 5. Semester aus Budapest nach Jena. Die Stadt und die Wohnung sind also noch ganz neu für mich.
Kurz über mich: Ich bin eine ruhige, offene und lebenslustige Person. Ich schwimme, lese, koche und backe gerne (ob gut ist eine andere Frage)
In meiner Freizeit bin ich am liebsten mit Freunden oder allein unterwegs in Cafés/Parks/Bars… genauso aber auch mal entspannt zu Hause. Mal mehr mal weniger.
In den letzten 4 Jahren habe ich unterschiedliche aber eigentlich immer positive WG Erfahrungen gehabt.
Die Wohnung ist in der 4. Etage, hat vier helle, UNMÖBLIERTE Zimmer, die zur Straße schauen. (Die Möbel auf manchen Bildern sind von den Vormietern und werden bis auf Bad und Küche nicht dabei sein. Waschmaschine besorge ich neu.)
Zimmer 2: 400€ (13m2)

Zimmer 4: 470€ (17m2)
(Das sind die Preise warm, inklusive 120€ Nebenkostenvorauszahlung. Internet, Heizung, warmes Wasser, Abfall, Strom usw sind da mit eingerechnet!)
Magdelstieg 73 in Jena-West.
Die Wohnung ist über einem Bäcker und direkt neben einem Edeka.
Neben dem Haus gibt es 1min entfernt eine Bushaltestelle.
Laut Google: ca. 7min mit dem Bus, 15min zu Fuß oder 4min mit dem Fahrrad ins Zentrum
Mir ist vor allem wichtig, dass es zwanglos und möglichst entspannt bleibt und jeder sich gegenseitig respektiert was Sauberkeit/laut sein usw angeht.
Natürlich würde ich mich freuen, wenn wir uns gut verstehen und mal zusammen kochen/was trinken (oder whatever) aber wenns gerade nicht passt oder man nicht in der mood ist dann muss mans auch nicht erzwingen. Jeder sollte das Gefühl haben, sein eigenes Ding machen und sich auch zurückziehen zu können.
(Ich sage das so, weil ich manche Anzeigen hier teilweise so beengend finde, dass man unbedingt Dinge zusammen unternehmen muss… )
Ich hab also keine feste Vorstellung wie es sein muss und würde mich einfach über nette, offene Leute freuen und schauen wo es hinführt!
Wenn ihr da ähnliche Vorstellungen habt dann schreibt mir hier, würde mich freuen euch kennen zu lernen :)

Hi! I`m looking for three roommates in a flat I just signed. The address is Magdelstieg 73 in Jena
4 unfurnished bedrooms (I´ll be staying in one of them), a kitchen and bathroom
There´s a bakery below and a supermarket as well as a bus stop right next to the building. According to Google Maps it takes about 7min via bus/15min by foot and 4min by bike into the center.
I`m a half German half English medical student going into my third year but I´m transferring from Budapest so am new to the city myself.
I would consider myself an open, friendly and uncomplicated person. I love to swim, read, cook and bake, go out with friends to cafes, parks or bars but also really value my time alone.
I´m looking to have an uncomplicated, friendly and non-forced atmosphere where everyone feels they can do what they feel like doing (whilst being respectful regarding noise/cleanlisness of course)
I´m very open to doing things like cooking/chatting or whatever together but am equally aware that everyone needs their space too and if you don´t feel up for it/ are busy that´s fine too!
I`m looking forward to meeting new people and would love to live with others that are like-minded!
