Das Zimmer liegt am Eingang der WG und hat ein schönes großes Fenster nach vorne auf die (ruhige) Straße. Bei Bedarf lässt sich das Fenster mit den fest verbauten Rolläden quasi lichtdicht verschließen. Vom Flur geht noch Arstans Zimmer ab, sowie das Badezimmer und durch eine weitere Tür kommt man ins Wohnzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer ist das eigentliche Zentrum der WG, wo man gemütlich zusammensitzen und quatschen kann. Es gibt auch einen Balkon, der groß genug ist um zu zweit darauf zu sitzen und zu grillen.
The room ist the first one to the right if you enter the flat and has a nice big window towards the (quiet) street. If you want you can shut the preinstalled blends, so the sun wont wake you up. From the hallway infront of the room you can also reach the bathroom and Arstans room. Through another door you enter the livingroom, wich is the center of the flat, where you can chill with people and chat. There is a balcony with enough space for 2 people to sit and have a bbq.
Von der WG ist man innerhalb von 3-4 Minuten an der Bahnhaltestelle Winzerla, die Bahn fährt etwa alle 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt und nach Lobeda. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb von wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen (Rewe, Netto, Aldi und LIDL) also wirst du auch nicht verhungern. Ein persönliches Highlight ist, dass man zu Fuß nur 20 Minuten unterwegs ist um aus Winzerla heraus und in den Wald zu kommen.
It takes about 3-4 minutes to get to the tram station Winzerla from the flat. From there you can get a tram every 10 minutes and drive into the city within less than 15 minutes. If you want to go grocery shopping you can reach different shops within a few minutes of walking distance (Rewe, Netto, Aldi and LIDL). And my personal highlight: within 20 minutes you can walk into the woods and enjoy the nature.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Georg und Arstan. Georg ist Ende 20 und ist fast am Ende seines Lehramtsstudiums angekommen. Nebenher unterrichtet er bereits mehrere Nachhilfeschüler(innen) und baut gerne an verschiedenen Desktop-PCs. Arstan kommt ursprünglich aus Russland, ist gerade mit seinem Physik Master fertig geworden und überlegt deshalb gerade ob er ebenfalls umzieht.
Your flatmates would be Georg and Arstan. Georg is in his late 20s and is almost done studying for being a teacher. He already gives some extra lessons and likes to build and sell desktop PCs. Arstan is originally from Russia, just finished his physics masters and is thinking about moving out as well.
