Hallo ihr lieben WG-Suchenden!
Ab 01.02. bieten wir ein schönes, ca 22 m2 großes Zimmer in der Mittelstraße an. Da ich ein Auslandssemester machen werde, möchte ich mein Zimmer während der Zeit untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist teil möbliert (Schlafsofa, Sofatisch und TV). Es wird nur zur Zwischenmiete bis 31.05.2025 angeboten. Ein anderer Termin zum Ein-/Auszug ist auch möglich (bitte nachfragen). Das gemütliche Zimmer ist das schönste und größte in der WG. Da die Wohnung unterm Dach ist, haben alle Räume eine Dachschräge.

From 01.02. we offer a nice, approx. 22 m2 large room in the Mittelstraße. Since I will be doing a semester abroad, I would like to sublet my room during that time. The room is partly furnished (sofa, small table and TV). It is only offered for interim rent until 31.05.2025. Another date for moving in/out is also possible (please inquire). The room is the nicest and largest in the shared flat. Since the apartment is under the roof, all rooms have a sloping ceiling.
Die WG befindet sich in der Mittelstraße 40. Alles, was man braucht, findet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe: Ins Stadtzentrum braucht man zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad noch weniger. Zum Einkaufen bist du in 5 Minuten zu Fuß bei Netto oder Edeka. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass die FH auch keine 500 m entfernt liegt. Die nächsten Bushaltestellen sind Westbahnhofstraße und Gustav-Fischer-Straße, dort fahren ständig Busse ins Stadtzentrum. Auch der Westbahnhof ist gerade mal 5 Minuten entfernt, allerdings nicht zu hören. Ansonsten gibt es in der näheren Umgebung einige Ärzte, Friseure und Bäcker. Der Friedensberg ist zum Sonnen und Grillen auch in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Oder du nimmst den Aufstieg entlang des Forstweges auf dich und genießt den schönen Ausblick über die Stadt. Im Haus sind einige WGs und junge Pärchen, du wohnst also in junger, lockerer Gesellschaft.

The shared flat is located at Mittelstraße 40 and everything you need is in the immediate vicinity: It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the city center, even less by bike. For shopping, you can reach Netto and Edeka in 5 minutes on foot. Another advantage is that the FH is also less than 500 m away. The nearest bus stops are Westbahnhofstraße and Gustav-Fischer-Straße, where buses run constantly to the city center. The Westbahnhof is also just 5 minutes away, although you can't hear it. There are also several doctors, hairdressers and bakers in the immediate vicinity. Friedensberg is also just a few minutes' walk away for sunbathing and barbecuing. Or you can take the ascent along the forest path and enjoy the beautiful view over the city. There are a few shared flats and young couples in the house, so you'll be living in young, relaxed company.
Du lebst gemeinsam mit Dariia und Debora in der WG.
Debora studiert Philosophie. Sie liebt Pflanzen, hilft gerne bei Freunden im Garten und backt gerne (wenn sie die Zeit dafür findet). Dariia studiert Geschichte, kocht sehr gut und arbeitet nebenbei in einem Restaurant als Kellnerin. In ihrer Freizeit erkundet sie gerne nahe und fernere Städte, ließt Bücher und – am liebsten – schläft sie aus. 😅
Wenn wir es terminlich hinbekommen, machen wir gemeinsam ein Waffelfrühstück oder einen Spieleabend. Oder wir sitzen einfach so in der Küche oder verquatschen uns auf dem Gang zwischen den Zimmern.
Wir freuen uns auf gemeinsame Abende und gute Gespräche!

You live in a shared flat with Dariia and Debora.
Debora is studying philosophy. She loves plants, enjoys helping friends with their gardens and likes to bake (when she finds the time). Dariia is studying history, is a great cook and and works as a waitress in a restaurant on the side. In her free time, she loves to explore cities near and far, reading books and - most of all - sleeping in. 😅
If we manage to schedule it, we have a waffle breakfast or a game night together. Or we just sit in the kitchen or chat in the hallway between our rooms.
We look forward to evenings together and good conversations!
