Das Zimmer ist das hellste und größte in der WG, es hat ein wunderschönen Erker. Das Zimmer ist nach süd-west ausgerichtet, weshalb du dich Nachmittags an der Sonne erfreuen kannst. Mit seinen 20qm bietet es dir auch genügend Wohnfläche zum entfalten und wohlfühlen.
The room is the brightest and largest in the flat-share, it has a beautiful bay window. The room faces south-west, which is why you can enjoy the sun in the afternoon. With its 20 square metres, it also offers you enough living space to unfold and feel comfortable.
Die WG liegt direkt am Magdelstieg. Weshalb du auch Fußläufig in 10min im Grünen auf dem Friedensberg bist.
Die Bushaltestelle Gustav-Fischer-Straße befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Gleich nebenan ist der Edeka, und 5min entfernt der Netto, weshalb auch für genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gesorgt ist. Die EAH ist demnach auch Fußläufig 5min entfernt. Zur Uni benötigt man 10-15min zu Fuß, oder 5min mit dem Bus, weshalb du auch sehr gut ans Stadtzentrum angebunden bist.
The flat-sharing community is located directly on Magdelstieg. That's why you can walk to the Friedensberg in 10 minutes.
The Gustav-Fischer-Straße bus stop is right outside the front door. The Edeka supermarket is right next door, and the Netto supermarket is 5 minutes away, so there are plenty of shopping opportunities. The EAH is also 5 minutes away on foot. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the university or 5 minutes by bus, which is why you are also very well connected to the city centre.
Du würdest noch mit meinen 3 lieben Mitbewohner*innen Lou, Rico und Jonas zusammen wohnen, aber wie es aussieht verlässt leider auch Rico unsere WG.
Wir sind bisher eine sehr familiäre WG gewesen, wo jede*r Seine Freund*innen mitbringen kann und würde uns freuen wenn das so bleibt. Wir sind sehr kommunikativ (wir erzählen gerne viel, vor allem gute Witze und sprechen Probleme aktiv an). Uns ist es wichtig das Rücksicht auf unsere gegenseitigen Bedürfnisse und Verpflichtungen gegeben wird und sich jeder wohlfühlen kann. Für uns ist es auch kein Problem wenn mal einer sein Stuff zu tun hat und ein paar Tage für sich braucht.
Wir kochen sehr gerne zusammen, trinken einen oder 3, gehen tanzen, einkaufen, Tischtennis spielen , ins Kino oder hocken einfach zusammen in der Küche rum.
Falls du dir also vorstellen könntest bei uns einzuziehen würden wir uns sehr über deine Nachricht freuen.

You would still be living with my 3 lovely flatmates Lou, Rico and Jonas. Here is some information on how things are going in our shared flat :)
We have been a very familiar flat-sharing community so far, where everyone can bring their friends and we would be happy if it stays that way. We are very communicative (we like to tell a lot, especially good jokes and actively address problems). It is important to us that our mutual needs and obligations are taken into consideration and that everyone can feel comfortable. It is no problem for us if one of us has to do his stuff and needs a few days for himself.
We like to cook together, have a drink or 3, go dancing, shopping, play table tennis, go to the cinema or just sit around in the kitchen together.
So if you could imagine moving in with us we would be very happy to hear from you.

Über das ganz genaue Einzugsdatum können wir gerne nochmal sprechen, evntl ist auch schon der 1.02 möglich.
Es gibt ein paar kleine Sachen die du von mir übernehmen müsstest, aber das können wir dann im Detail nochmal sprechen.
Wir sind sowohl Studis an der EAH und an der Uni, aber haben mit Rico auch jemand der Arbeit :)
