Das angebotene WG-Zimmer ist etwa 10 Quadratmeter groß, bietet jedoch alles, was man für gemütliches Wohnen benötigt. Ein echtes Highlight ist das eingebaute Hochbett, das clever über dem Arbeitsbereich positioniert ist und optimal Platz spart. Besonders praktisch ist das eigene, kleine Bad, das direkt im Zimmer integriert ist – Privatsphäre ist damit garantiert.
Das Zimmer ist nach Norden ausgerichtet, was es besonders ruhig und angenehm kühl macht. Durch ein großes Fenster fällt ausreichend Tageslicht hinein, ohne dass es sich zu sehr aufheizt. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die abgeschlossene Lage des Zimmers: Es ist leicht vom Rest der Wohnung abgetrennt und ermöglicht so auch bei einer lebendigen WG-Atmosphäre einen Rückzugsort.

The room faces north, making it particularly quiet and pleasantly cool. A large window lets in plenty of daylight without causing it to overheat. Das Haus liegt ideal im lebendigen Stadtteil Jena-West und bietet eine perfekte Kombination aus Zentrumsnähe und kurzen Wegen zur Universität. Die Innenstadt ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, während man mit dem Fahrrad nur etwa 5 Minuten benötigt – optimal für Studierende, die schnell zum Campus, zu Bibliotheken oder in die Mensa gelangen möchten.
Auch für diejenigen, die den öffentlichen Nahverkehr nutzen, ist die Lage vorteilhaft: Zwei Bushaltestellen befinden sich nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und bieten eine bequeme Anbindung an das gesamte Stadtgebiet.

Unsere WG besteht aus Miko, Julian und Johanna
Julian studiert Biologie im 3. Semester, ernährt sich Vegan, macht viel Sport und ist meist in der Bibliothek oder der Mensa anzutreffen.
Miko ist vor ca. einem Monat nach Deutschland gekommen, spricht Englisch und Japanisch, aber lernt grade Deutsch.
Johanna studiert ebenfalls im 3. Semester Biologie, macht Musik und ist ebenfalls oft in der Mensa anzutreffen.

Our shared apartment consists of Miko, Julian, and Johanna.
Julian is in his third semester studying biology, follows a vegan diet, exercises a lot, and can usually be found either in the library or the cafeteria.
Miko arrived in Germany about a month ago, speaks English and Japanese, and is currently learning German.
Johanna is also in her third semester studying biology, plays music, and is also often found in the cafeteria.

Wir sind selber erst vor einigen Wochen in der WG eingezogen, dass bedeutet, dass du hier gerne eigene Vorstellungen von der Wohnung mit einfließen lassen kannst. Außerdem kannst du in Zukunft auch über deine neuen Mitbewohner entscheiden, da Johanna gerade dabei ist, sich mit ihrem Freund gerade eine Wohnung zu suchen. Auch Miko und Julian suchen sich eventuell in der nächsten Zeit eine eigene Wohnung.
Diskriminierung jeglicher Art hat in unserer WG nichts verloren.

We ourselves only moved into the apartment a few weeks ago, which means you’re welcome to bring in your own ideas for the space. Additionally, you’ll be able to help choose future roommates, as Johanna is currently looking for an apartment with her boyfriend. Miko and Julian may also be looking for their own places sometime soon.
