The apartment has 2 bedrooms of similar size and one living room, a separate kitchen, bathroom and a hall. A bed, study table with high chair, and nice cloth rack left by previous tenant for free.
The room has window facing the backyard. In spring/summer, neighbours grow grape vine in the backyard and that makes it cute. Good sunlight comes from the window in summers.
In the flat there is a Washing Machine, Stove and Oven, and small shared fridge.
Total price of 404 euros include cold and warm rent, electricity, internet (wifi) and radio tax (compulsory in Germany)

Die Wohnung hat 2 gleich große Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer, eine separate Küche, ein Bad und einen Flur. Ein Bett, ein Arbeitstisch mit Hochstuhl und ein schöner Kleiderständer wurden vom Vormieter kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.
Das Zimmer hat ein Fenster zum Hinterhof hin. Im Frühling/Sommer pflanzen die Nachbarn Weinreben im Hinterhof an, was es sehr hübsch macht. Durch das Fenster kommt im Sommer gutes Sonnenlicht.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine Waschmaschine, Herd und Backofen, sowie einen kleinen Kühlschrank.
Im Gesamtpreis von 404 Euro sind Kalt- und Warmmiete, Strom, Internet (Wifi) und die in Deutschland obligatorische Rundfunkgebühr enthalten.
