ich werde aus meinem Zimmer ausziehen und biete es deshalb zur Zwischenmiete an.
Es handelt sich um ein unmöbliertes, 10 qm großes Zimmer, das für 3 Monate vom 1. Februar bis 30. April verfügbar ist.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert und mit 250€ kalt pro Monat angesetzt.

Die Wohnung ist in Jena West und liegt neben der Lutherstraße. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 3 min zu Fuß. Mit der Buslinie 14 ist man von der Wohnungstür bis zum Stadtzentrum in 13 min.
5 min zu Fuß entfernt ist ein Norma und 10-15 min zu Fuß sind ein Tegut (Göthegalerie), ein Aldi und ein Rewe (Neue Mitte).
Es handelt sich um eine 2er WG. Der Kumpel der mit euch wohnen wird ist männlich, 27 Jahre alt und berufstätig, aber noch Student im Herzen! ♥️
Die Wohnung selbst ist gut isoliert und gepflegt.Die ganze Küche und die restliche Wohnung ist möbliert und die Geräte wie Waschmaschine etc., ebenso wie der Keller können natürlich mitbenutzt werden.
Ihr bräuchtet dann eben eine eigene Matratze etc. für das Zimmer.
