Wichtige Info: Die WG befindet sich in Stadtroda, nahe Jena, und es ist eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung nötig.

Ich suche eine*n Nachmieter*in für mein 12qm großes Zimmer in einer netten, entspannten 4er WG. Es besitzt 2 Fenster, welche Richtung Südosten zeigen, wodurch es vormittags immer schön hell ist. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.

Der Einzugstermin ist flexibel, so dass du gern 2 Wochen eher oder später einziehen kannst. Außerdem wird ab April ein weiteres Zimmer frei.

Unsere WG besitzt eine große, helle Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank und Geschirrspüler.
Unser kleines Bad mit Fenster verfügt über eine Badewanne / Dusche, Toilette und eine Waschmaschine. Zudem gibt es einen Trockner, welcher in der Küche steht.

I'm looking for a tenant for my 12m² room in our nice, relaxed shared flat of 4 students. It has 2 windows that face southeast, so it's always bright in the mornings. The room is rented unfurnished.

The move-in date is flexible, so you can move in 2 weeks earlier or later. In addition, another room will be available from April.

Our shared apartment has a big, bright kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher.
Our small bathroom has a bathtub/shower, toilet and washing machine. There is also a dryer in the kitchen.

Die WG befindet sich im Zentrum Stadtrodas. Zu der nächsten Bushaltestelle gelangt man zu Fuß in 3 Minuten, wodurch man auch schnell nach Jena kommt. In der Nähe gibt es einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die sich gut zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen lassen.

Our shared flat is located in the center of Stadtroda. The nearest bus stop can be reached on foot in 3 minutes, which makes it easy to get to Jena. There are several shops nearby that can be easily reached on foot, by bike or by public transport.

Du wirst mit Theresa, Anna und einer weiteren neuen Person zusammenwohnen. Wir sind eine sehr entspannte WG, in der gern mal gequatscht wird, wenn man sich im Flur oder der Küche begegnet, und man sich aber auch gut zurückziehen kann, wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte. Es ist auch kein Problem, wenn einige Freunde vorbeikommen, in dem Fall haben wir vorher einfach kurz Bescheid gesagt. :)
Außerdem haben wir einen Putzplan, welcher wöchentlich rotiert.

You will be living with Theresa, Anna and another new roommate. Our living together is very relaxed. We like to chat when we meet each other in the hallway or in the kitchen, but we also give each other space when someone needs it.
We also have a cleaning schedule that rotates weekly.

Da es sich um eine Studenten-WG handelt, wird eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung bzw. eine Thoska benötigt.
