Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss eines Altbaus, in dem hauptsächlich junge Berufstätige wohnen. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 80 qm groß. Sie besteht aus einer Wohnküche, einem kleinen Bad mit Badewanne und drei Zimmern.
Dazu gibt es noch einen gemeinsamen Waschkeller. Im Hof gibt es einen Fahrradunterstand.
Dein künftiges Zimmer ist 18 qm groß und hat drei Fenster. Das Zimmer geht in Richtung Straße; diese ist nur wenig befahren.

The apartment is located in the attic of an old building where mainly young professionals live. The apartment has in total 80 square meters. It consists of a kitchen, a small bathroom with bathtub and three rooms.

Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral zwischen Zentrum und Bahnhof (fußläufig 5 Minuten). Im Stadtzentrum befinden sich alle notwendigen Geschäfte und Ämter (fußläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen).
Zur FH Aachen, Abt. Jülich sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Bus oder 8 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Das Forschungszentrum ist mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 15 min, mit dem Auto in 7 Minuten erreichbar.
