Hello everyone,
I’m looking to sublet my room for 2 months while I’m away for a PhD-related trip. The room would be ideal for someone on a short-term internship or project at FZJ.
The room includes essential furniture, access to a fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, shared apartment spaces, entertainment area, garden and periodical cleaning services to the common areas. Conveniently, the Krankenhouse bus stop is just outside the apartment, and the Nord train stop is a 3-4 minute walk away. There are Kaufland, Netto, and Penny supermarkets nearby, so all your basics are covered.
I’m looking for someone responsible who can take care of the room and furniture during the stay. Although I pay €465 monthly, I’m open to negotiating the rent, deposit, and rental period to make it mutually convenient.
