Subletting the room for 3 months, starting from 1 Dec 2024 to 28 Feb 2025. It's a three-bedroom apartment with one bathroom and one kitchen, the washing machine is also available in the basement. The apartment is shared by three people, two of whom are Males students and currently studying Bachelor in FH Aachen. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. It's an ideal place for students and professionals working in Aachen or Forschungszentrum Jülich.The room is fully furnished with a bed (140x200), table, chair, cupboard and wardrobe.

The apartment is situated in the heart of Jülich city center at Bauhofstraße 15, Jülich. It's a 10-minute (800 m) walk from Jülich Bahnhof and just 5 minutes (300 m) from the bus station Neues Rathaus. The Netto and the city center are nearby, both within a 5-minute walking distance. The FH Aachen can be reached by bus in 9 minutes.
