Hello there!
Our nice apartment is at top floor of a multi-family house. Your future room is actually the living room of the flat, it’s around 25m*2 which is quite big even for two people. The room is furnished with the basics, briefly including a sofa which also can be transferred into a bed, two chairs , one table , carpets and a printer. The kitchen and the bathroom are well equipped and we share them together.
The flat is very close to the city center. Lidl, Rossmann, Rewe and banks are all in 2 mins walking range. About Transport there’s S-Bahn 28 can be reached within 7mins. By this train you can arrive Düsseldorf hbf with 25 mins and Neuss hbf with 10mins.
The neighborhood here is neat and quiet. Near our flat there’s a park, a ideal place for runners and barbecue lovers, btw we have two grills for us. Also there are go-kart, swimming pool, fitness studio for leisure at the train stop “IKEA Kaarst” only one station away from our apartment. And by this exact stop you can take free bus to the nearest IKEA. So it’s obvious that you will have no concern living here.
Currently living two of us, Siyao and Kai, in this flat. We are Chinese students studying German in Düsseldorf. We speak Chinese, English and of course German as much as we can. So don’t worry about communication. Siyao is a cool sporty young lady and a wonderful singer. She used to be the lead singer of her band. A huge Jazz fan and semi-pro swimmer. Kai is a motorsport enthusiast who loves driving go-kart. Football is also one of his favorites. We are more than willingly to hear the life stories from our new roommate. Both of us like quiet and tidy surroundings so we hope our future roommate will have the same idea on this.
