A small room in the Stadtmitte ready to offer you a nice comfortable stay. The room is fully furnished. The room size is 25 m2. The window of the room faces toward sout west. Therefore you will have sweet warm sunlight in winter direct on your bed. The kitchen, bathroom has everything you need. For example big double door fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, toster, micro wave, grinding machine, smoothie machine, robota vacuum cleaner and integrated alexa system. All you need are there. The apartment has two balconies also, one at north east side and another at sout west side. The kitchen is quite big. We use kitchen as living area. Kitchen is the most happening place of the apartment..
The apartment is in the heart of kaiserslautern. Shopping mall K lautern is 300 m away. There are three donner shops which are just 2 min away from the house. Clubs and bars are also within 5 min walk. The hospital is 15 min away by walk abd 8 min by bus. There are 6 bus stops within 300 m distance which can take you to any place you want. Every late night bus stops at Stadtmitte. So you can reach to home at any time without booking a taxi during weekends. The train station is 5 min away by bus and 12 min by walking.
Esha, Mohit and Jose will be sharing the flat. I have to find one more I work in Institute of composite Material. I like music, trekking and going to clubs. Jose is a researcher in RPTU. He is from Ecuador. He is a silent type person, loves to watch Formula one race , board games and watch movies together. Mohit works in Power Service. He is a morning person and loves going swimming, bowling and watching movie. I am looking for a member in our family not a person who just share the rent.
The cleaning is most important. Anyone can object if the some thing is bothering. We have a separate WG meeting every month to share if some things is dirty or bothering. Every week there is a cleaning schedule. I post it on whatsapp group. Everyone has to do the respective work till the end of the week. Any maintenence work is a responsibility of every one. Those who think or behave that cleaning is a duty of a female. Then do not apply for my apartment. I am done with such flatmates and will not tolerate at all. After cooking food, the kitchen must be clean and left as it was before so that another person can cook.
For application please write a small introduction about yourself, your eating habbit🌿🍊🥚🍖, your hobbies, you are night person or day person. On a scale of 10 how much you rate yourself, i someone ask how clean you live? On which date you want to move in.... Very important 😉😁
