Helle, freundliche Atmosphäre - Fenster in den Garten (sehr ruhige Lage)
Teilmöbliert: Bett ohne Matratze aber mit Lattenrost, Kleiderschrank, Spiegel

Die auf den Bildern gezeigten Weinkästen und Ablagen können bei Bedarf übernommen werden, auch über den Plattenspielern lässt sich was machen

Die WG:

Gesamt circa 110 qm groß. Gemeinsame, gut ausgestattete Küche, in der gerne zusammen gekocht wird.
Gemeinsames Bad.
Der Garten lädt an sonnigen Tagen zum Entspannen oder Grillen ein.
Partykeller für gesellige Abende oder Geburtstagsfeiern.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Innenstadt – Supermärkte, Café, Bahnhof und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir sind eine unkomplizierte und freundliche WG, die viel Wert auf ein respektvolles Miteinander legt, aber auch gerne mal Zeit für gemeinsame Aktivitäten findet.
