The WG is 10 minutes walk from the main railway station and 15 minutes from the city centre. It is also located in Uni-Nähe.

Unsere WG ist ein ruhiger und angenehmer Ort, deshalb suchen wir eine nette und rücksichtsvolle Mitbewohnerin, die zu uns passt.
Zudem handelt es sich um eine Zweck-WG.

Zimmer:
Das Bett und den Kleiderschrank würde ich je nach Bedarf/Wunsch verkaufen. Die restlichen Möbel werden von mir mitgenommen.

Kleiner Hinweis: Die Katze auf dem Bild gehört mir und zieht mit mir aus - es gibt also sonst keine weiteren Haustiere in der Wohnung soweit.
