a room suitable for a student with a cat

Hello everyone!
I hope you are well.
I’m Melika 23 years old and I will be studying Psychology at Rhein waal university in March 2023
I'm looking for a room where I can move in with my cat
He is so calm and not destructive at all (unlike other cats).
My cat and I are so dependent on each other and it is so important to me because I rescued him from the streets and he’s been living with me for more than 2 years.

I also need a friendly and clean environment because I am used to study in a clean and organised house and I can’t concentrate in a messy room :)

I am not currently in Germany but my brother lives and works in Stuttgart and he can pay the necessary deposit and I will fill in his address and number
