Der Altbau wurde komplett renoviert.
Das freie Zimmer ist im Dachgeschoss und ist komplett möbliert.
Küche und Badezimmer sind gefliest.
Der Garten ist relativ groß und kann jederzeit mit benutzt werden.

The old building has been completely renovated.

Das Haus ist in einer optimalen Lage (ca 1km) zur Hochschule Rhein-Waal.
Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Nahverkehr sind auch ca 1km entfernt.

The house has a great location (1km) to the Rhine-Waal University.
Other shopping / transport are also 1km away.

Im Moment wird das Haus von meinem Mitbewohner und mir bewohnt. Ich werde ausziehen und es stehen dann zwei Zimmer zur Vermietung frei. Mittlerweile ist nur noch ein Zimmer frei.
