Von der Waschmaschine, dem nagelneuen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfächern, über das Waffeleisen, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Rührgerät bis hin zum Grill und Racletteeisen ist alles da. Nur ein Pürierstab fehlt noch in unserer Küchensammlung ;)
Das Gebäude wurde vor wenigen Jahren wärmeisoliert und besitzt dadurch elektrische und per Funk bedienbare Rollläden und bleibt im Sommer relativ kühl.

Zur FH/PH ist es kaum länger und das KIT ist in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Besonders schön ist die Nähe zur Günther-Klotz-Anlage (mit vielen kleinen Wildkaninchen), welche sich für Sport, Spazierengehen, Picknicken und vieles mehr anbietet.
