The room is fully furnished with a bed (with bedding and mattress), table wardrobe and shelf, the kitchen is also fully stocked with a dishwasher and washing machine. No need to pay for the kitchen and dishwasher since the stay would only be 6 months.
The building is right next to Oxford bar and only a 5 minute walk from Edeka and the Kronenplatz tram. The best part for KIT students is the apartment is directly opposite the KIT campus.
Your new flatmate will be Nathaniel, he's a 2nd Year Master student at KIT doing mechanical engineering. He likes to play football, cook and loves collector card games in general. Overall he is a pretty chill. He likes his time to himself and is in his room most of the time but he's down to talk whenever he's cooking. He has a dog that will come down in February for a few check ups but he will not have her around majority of the 6 months.
looking for someone who will pay rent on time and is generally chill overall. Preference to non smokers but if you would like to doing it near the kitchen window is fine.
pets are allowed but only small ones
the takeover cost is included in the 800 as 700 for all kitchen amenities. 100 for the furniture VB.
