Your room is nicely furnished with wardrobe, bed, shelf, desk and sink. In addition, we have a large living room and a shared kitchen. In the common rooms is always cleaned by a company so that it remains clean.
The infrastructure of the residence is really top there is everything you need from workshop to printers and washing machine to learning rooms.
The location is just perfect. You're right at the castle garden and at the university. The Ph can also be reached directly around the corner in 3 min walk. To KIT, depending on where you have to go between 5 and 10 min by bike. Also in the city centre is easily accessible by foot and yet you can see the forest from the living room and are in the green. As you can see, the location is really top.
The WG is a floor in the student residence with 20 roommates. Just at the beginning of the study, it is a super experience with so many people because you can always help one and almost always someone studies the same. We are not a purpose WG, that is, we are looking for someone who has an interest in the common WG life. We like to make a lot together on our own beach volleyball, in our sports room, cook together or go to our own bar in the cellar on Tuesdays. There's always someone here with whom you can do something if you want, but you always have the opportunity to get back.
Important: You must be registered at a university or you must not live here.
Unfortunately, the room is only available for the short period, as I want to move back at the beginning of the semester (after Easter). Then you should get out at the latest.
In the 260€ everything is included warm rent with internet and everything.
