Das Zimmer ist 10,4 m² groß, hat allerdings 3,5 m hohe Decken und ein Hochbett über der Tür. Dadurch ist die Fläche noch sehr gut nutzbar. Außerdem befinden sich ein fest mit dem Bett verbautes Regal, ein Schreibtisch und zwei kleine Schränke in dem Zimmer. Für alle Möbel hätte ich gerne eine Ablöse von 250€.
The room is 10.4 m² in size but has 3.5 m high ceilings and a loft bed above the door, making the space very usable. Additionally, the room includes a built-in shelf connected to the bed, a desk, and two small cabinets. I would like to request a transfer fee of €250 for all the furniture.
Die WG liegt ein Block vom Europaplatz entfernt, dadurch sind öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in alle Richtungen der Stadt in ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 7 Minuten in der Uni und in 3 Minuten an FH und PH. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, darunter der Lidl in der Postgalerie (3 Minuten zu Fuß), der Rewe City (1 Minute) und der Wochenmarkt auf dem Stephansplatz (2 Minuten). Die WG ist in der Innenstadt über einer Bar, am Wochenende wird es ab und zu laut. Die Fenster sind allerdings so dicht, dass man höchstens den Bass der Bar mitbekommt.
The shared flat is located one block away from Europaplatz, making public transport in all directions of the city accessible within a 3-minute walk. By bike, you can reach the university in about 7 minutes, and the University of Applied Sciences (FH) and the University of Education (PH) in 3 minutes. There are plenty of shopping options nearby, including Lidl in the Postgalerie (3 minutes on foot), Rewe City (1 minute), and the weekly market at Stephansplatz (2 minutes). The flat is located in the city center above a bar, so it can occasionally get noisy on weekends. However, the windows are so well-insulated that you’ll only hear the bass from the bar at most.
Die WG hat 7 Zimmer, wobei viele Mitbewohner gerade neu eingezogen und das WG Leben aufgebaut werden muss. Es gibt eine große Küche, ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine und ein extra WC. Ansonsten sind im Haus 3 weitere WG's.
The shared flat has 7 rooms, and many roommates have just moved in, so the flat-sharing life is still being established. There is a large kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine, as well as an additional separate toilet. Additionally, the building houses 3 other shared flats.
Ich habe leider gerade keine Bilder von den Gemeinschaftsräumen, aber es können gerne Besichtigungen stattfinden.
