Eins vorab, ich fülle hier nicht jedes Feld einzeln aus...Beschreibung kommt komplett hier rein ;)
Ja, was soll ich sagen, ich suche ab dem 1.1.2014 eine neue Mitbewohnerin / Mitbewohner. Wie ihr aus den oberen Angaben schon herauslesen könnt, ist mir dabei eine gute Atmosphäre (keine Zweck-WG) sehr wichtig. Finde, man fühlt sich einfach mehr zu Hause, wenn das Verhältnis mit den anderen Leuten in der Wohnung stimmt :)
So, nach dem wichtigsten Punkt, weiter im Programm ;) Miete für das Zimmer (20m^2) sind warm 320 Euro. Da ist dann auch schon Telefon und Internet drin, es fallen also keine weiteren Kosten an.
Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, genauso wie hohe Wände (Altbau) und ein Tageslichtbad.
Ah so und ich bin berufstätig, wir würden uns also wahrscheinlich besser verstehen, wenn ihr nachts unter der Woche ab 0 Uhr auch schlaft und nicht im Nebenzimmer Party macht ;)
So, mehr fällt mir jetzt spontan nicht ein. Bei Fragen...fragen ;)
