Das Zimmer ist hell und wird teilweise möbliert vermietet (ohne Sofa und ohne Hochbett), es hat neue, schalldichte Energiesparfenster und einen neuen Laminatboden. Obwohl es direkt in der Innenstadt liegt, ist es im Zimmer sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung wurde 2016 komplett renoviert, Bad und Küche sind neu und funktionell.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Kriegsstraße/Ecke Reinhold Frank Straße (Innenstadt West), in super Lage zur Hochschule, zum ZKM und natürlich zur Innenstadt. Bäcker, Rewe, Lidl, Pizzeria usw. sind in der Nähe.
Aktuell wohnen in der WG Isabell (24 Jahre), Melina (24) und Pia. Pia wird demnächst ausziehen. Isabell studiert Lehramt an der PH, Melina an der FH. Beide unternehmen viel zusammen und freuen sich, wenn auch die neue Mitbewohnerin/der neue Mitbewohner mit dabei sein würde (Sport machen, gemeinsam kochen, oder einfach entspannt zusammen sitzen). Es sollte also keine Zweck WG sein :) Sauberkeit ist natürlich auch sehr wichtig, wenn du also WG Erfahrung hast, ist das umso besser.
