Hallo Zusammen,
nach 3 tollen Jahren werde ich leider aus meiner WG ausziehen. Daher suche ich nach einer Nachmieterin in unserer schönen 3er WG.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 12 qm gross und gibt auf den Innenhof, d. h. es ist wirklich extrem ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage. Das Zimmer ist unmöbiliert und hat einene Teppichboden, den ich selber gelegt habe. Der ist sehr sauber und im perfektem Zustand.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
In paar Minuten zu Fuss ist man schon an der Haltestelle Karlstor bzw. am Europaplatz, daher fehlen die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht. Die Lage ist optimal besonders wenn man bis in die Puppe feiert... da bracuht man naemlich nicht, auf die Bahn zu warten! Am besten kommst du einfach mal vorbei und überzeugst dich selbst davon!
