Since I am from 01. Going to Porto for my Erasmus semester, I rent my room for one semester. The room is smaller with 12 m2 but very bright (south side) and also pleasantly quiet due to the orientation to the courtyard.
The room is fully furnished so you don't have to bring anything:
- Bed
- Desk with chair
- shelves, wardrobe and mirror
- If you want plants, I'd like to leave you mine.

Location
The apartment is located in the East City – an absolute top location:
It's less than 5 minutes walk to KIT.
- You can reach the PH and FH by bike in about 10 minutes.
- Tram stops Durlacher Tor and Gottauer Platz are only 3 minutes away – perfectly tied up even without a bicycle.
- Shops such as Rewe City, DM, Alnatura, ScheckIn, Aldi and Lidl can be reached quickly (maximum 7 minutes by bike).
- There are also many restaurants, bars and cafés right around the corner.
WG life
Jakob (24) and Anna (25) both study and provide a relaxed, open WG atmosphere. Our large kitchen is the center of the WG – here we often sit together to eat, bully or plan joint activities. If not in the kitchen, we also like to meet in Jakob's room to watch movies and series.
Jakob studies electrical engineering at KIT and has been living here for over 5 years. He and I founded the WG over 5 years ago, so we've already lived here perfectly. Anna studies Life Cycle & Sustainability Management at Pforzheim University.
Both have their own hobbies – Jakob plays football, Anna likes to go jogging or to gym – but we also have a common circle of friends. Together we often do things like cooking, celebrations, games evenings and much more. It is important to us that the WG is not only a place to sleep, but that we understand and like to spend time together.

The apartment is well equipped:
- washing machine, dishwasher and many kitchen appliances are available.
- Our large kitchen offers a lot of space to cook together.
- The balcony is a highlight – windless, south-facing and already in spring perfect for coffee in the sun.
- You can safely place your bike in the courtyard – there are covered parking options.
