ich biete mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete vom 15.04.20 bis 31.08.20 an.
Das Zimmer ist in einem 4-WG im Wohnheim Hans- Wolfgang- Heidland- Haus (Weechstr. 1).
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert inklusive eigenem Waschbecken.
Das Wohnheim liegt in zentraler Lage in der Oststadt. Die Haltestelle Hauptfriedhof ist in 5 mn zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Haltestelle Tullastr. in ungefähr 7 mn.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 6min am KIT.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden: Netto, Rewe/Lidl/Aldi/DM in unmittelmarer Nähe.
Lage ist auch relativ ruhig.
Die WG ist ganz gemütlich und die Mitbewohner sind nett und sehr offen.
An jedem Mittwoch gibt es Barabend im Wohnheim, dort kannst du viele andere Leute kennenlernen.
Voraussetzung für die Zwischenmiete ist, dass du Student bist, da die WG sich in einem privaten Studentenwohnheim befindet.
