Rooms in 5 house WG Zimmer in 5er Haus-WG

Rintheim is a cuddly district east of Kalrsruhe Oststadt. By bike you can easily get to KIT in 15 minutes and from there you can quickly get to the city centre. The nearest stop is 4 minutes walk. It is line 3, stop Forststraße, which runs to the Durlacher Tor and then continues to the main railway station. Parking for the car has it right in front of the house, and if everything is full, there are 5 minutes walk to a larger parking lot.

Close to the stop is also the next supermarket with bakers, which is always well equipped. Alternatively, there are 15 minutes walk to an area with Bauhaus, Alnatura, Rewe, Fressnapf, Aldi, Lidl, and beverage market.

The Ernststraße is a quiet street, and your room is facing the courtyard. You don't hear street noise. Depending on the weather you can hear the noise of the highway 1-2 km away. So very quiet.

The courtyard entrance and the courtyard are shared by the front and back house. Both houses are rented by Stefan to students and young people. Stefan lives in the back house. In addition to our WG, there is a 3 WG in the attic of the front house, with which we understand very well and repeatedly chill together on our terrace.

Rintheim ist ein kuscheliger Stadtteil östlich der Kalrsruher Oststadt. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man gut in 15 Minuten zum KIT und von dort aus auch schnell in die Innenstadt. Die nächste Haltestelle ist 4 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Es ist die Linie 3, Haltestelle Forststraße, die zum Durlacher Tor und dann weiter zum Hauptbahnhof fährt. Parkplätze fürs Auto hat es direkt vorm Haus, und wenn da alles voll ist, sind es 5 Minuten Fußweg zu einem größeren Parkplatz.

Unweit der Haltestelle liegt auch der nächste Supermarkt mit Bäcker, der immer gut ausgestattet ist. Alternativ sind es 15 Minuten Fußweg zu einem Areal mit Bauhaus, Alnatura, Rewe, Fressnapf, Aldi, Lidl, und Getränkemarkt.

Die Ernststraße ist eine ruhige Straße, und dein Zimmer liegt zum Innenhof gewandt. Straßenlärm hört man also nicht. Je nach Wetterlage hört man ein bisschen das Rauschen der 1-2 km entfernten Autobahn. Insgesamt also sehr ruhig.

Die Hofeinfahrt und der Innenhof wird gemeinsam vom Vorder-und Hinterhaus genutzt. Beide Häuser werden von Stefan an Studenten und Junge Menschen vermietet. Stefan wohnt im Hinterhaus. Es gibt neben unserer WG noch eine 3er WG im Dachgeschoss des Vorderhauses, mit der wir uns sehr gut verstehen und immer wieder zusammen auf unserer Terasse chillen.

Together with you, the following people will live in the WG:

Sergio (29):
Works at the research center for computer science, like climbing and celebrating and often has friends to visit, with whom you can enjoy a nice chat.

Kathi (21):
It's just in her 1st semester in the Physics Bachelor at KIT. In addition to buffalo, she likes to knit, goes for a walk, and is happy to be creative, e.g., she likes to paint.

Marcel (27):
Marcel is a dear kerl who is currently a doctorate in mechanical engineering at KIT and is very active at sport. Volleyball and Marathon are his thing, and he likes to drink alcohol-free beer. He lives on the ground floor next to the kitchen and has his own bathroom there. We remaining 4 (you included) share the bathroom upstairs.

Leo (25):
Studying International Management at the HKA. Super positive person who does a lot with friends, often on the weekends, and also spends a lot of time with your family on Lake Constance.

The WG life is relaxed. They are often not all there, but you like to chat in the kitchen, in the living room, grill up and down, make movie evenings, this.
We cook occasionally, then always vegetarian.
We all take part in the cleanliness of the WG voluntarily and often unrequested.
There is also a cleaning plan.

Mit dir zusammen werden folgende Personen in der WG leben:

Sergio (29):
Arbeitet am Forschungszentrum für Informatik, geht gerne Klettern und feiern und hat oft Freunde zu Besuch, mit denen man sich auch nett unterhalten kann.

Kathi (21):
Ist gerade in ihrem 1.Semester im Physik-Bachelor am KIT. Neben büffeln strickt sie noch gerne, geht gerne spazieren, und ist gerne Kreativ unterwegs, z.b. Malt sie gerne.

Marcel (27):
Marcel ist ein lieber kerl, der gerade in Maschinenbau am KIT promoviert und Sportlich sehr aktiv ist. Volleyball und Marathon sind sein Ding, und er trinkt gerne alkoholfreies Bier. Er wohnt als einziger im Erdgeschoss neben der Küche und hat dort sein eigenes Bad. Wir restlichen 4 (Du mit eingeschlossen) teilen uns das Bad oben.

Leo (25):
Studiert International Management im Master an der HKA. Super positive Person, die viel mit Freunden macht, oft am Wochenende unterwegs ist, und auch viel Zeit bei Ihrer Familie am Bodensee verbringt.

Das WG-Leben gestaltet sich entspannt. Es sind oft nicht alle da, aber man quatscht gerne in der Küche, im Wohnzimmer, grillt ab und zu zusammen, macht Filmeabende, dies das.
Wir kochen ab und zu zusammen, dann immer Vegetarisch.
Wir beteiligen uns alle freiwillig und oft auch unaufgefordert an der Sauberhaltung der WG.
Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Putzplan.

We want a person who wants to live with other people in a WG and want to actively participate in the WG. We also need a friendly and respectful approach. Of course, time is also important for you, it is also me - and that is what you have here too. Parties are not too often celebrated here, but if you want to do this, it is clear and we are also happy to celebrate with :)

You can also take part in the high bed and small garden in the courtyard, with your own ideas. At the moment it's a little empty.

The rent includes all additional costs including internet, electricity, garbage, etc., and can still vary by +-10€, as Stefan still has to make the additional cost bill for the past year.

You can park your bike in the courtyard. We have no storage facilities like a shared basement or the like.

I'm looking forward to your message here on WG request. You should write something about yourself, what you like to do, and what you work, study or learn:) I will certainly sometimes need a few days to answer, but try to answer all those who have inserted the code word ;)

Wir wünschen uns eine Person, die gerne mit anderen Personen in einer WG zusammenleben möchte, und sich aktiv an der WG beteiligen möchte. Uns ist auch ein freundlicher und respektvoller Umgang wichtig. Klar ist auch Zeit für dich selbst wichtig, ist sie mir auch - und das hat man hier auch. Parties werden hier nicht allzu oft gefeiert, aber wenn man das machen möchte geht das klar, und wir feiern natürlich auch gerne mit :)

Außerdem kannst du dich auch gern mit an dem Hochbeet und kleinen Garten im Innenhof beteiligen, gerne auch mit deinen eigenen Ideen. Im moment ist das etwas leer.

Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten inklusive Internet, Strom, Müll, etc., und kann noch um +-10€ variieren, da Stefan noch die Nebenkostenabrechnung für vergangenes Jahr noch machen muss.

Dein Fahrrad kannst du im Innenhof abstellen. Lagermöglichkeiten wie einen gemeinsam genutzten Keller o.ä. haben wir nicht.
