Hi everyone! Since I’m moving out in March, I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely 2-person shared apartment.

The room is 18sqm and comes fully furnished with a large bed (including mattress and side table), a desk and a cupboard. There’s a shared bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. One of the best features is our private garden, perfect for BBQs in the summer!

There is a one-time fee of 90€ for the bed and mattress.

The apartment is in a quiet area of Rintheim, with everything you need close by. The nearest tram stops are just a 5-minute walk away, and you will find a bakery, kiosk, ATM, and grocery stores (Netto, Lidl, Aldi, CAP) nearby. KIT campus south is only 10 minutes away by bike or tram, making it super convenient.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with a friendly PhD student at KIT. She loves cooking and enjoying tea after work, so if you also enjoy good food and cozy evenings, you’ll get along great!

The monthly rent is 570€, which includes additional cost. Electricity and Wifi are paid separately.

As a small preference, we’d love to find a vegetarian/vegan tenant.
