The area is very lively and characterized by numerous cafés, restaurants and various retailers and supermarkets. The apartment is very central to the KIT Campus South, Marktplatz, Schloss, FH and Hochschule.
The city garden, zoo and other parks offer a wide range of experiences and leisure activities that invite you to jogging or walking! The biggest shopping mall in Karlsruhe, the ECE Center is just a few minutes' walk away.
A tram and bus stop is just a few meters from the house. From here you can reach the city centre in a few minutes. KIT (Campus South) is only 1.5km and the main station is only 900m from the apartment.
