Hallo!
Ich ziehe im September in eine supernette WG in der Südstadt und suche noch einen Zwischenmieter für den Monat August, da die Vormieterin bereits Ende Juli auszieht. Das Zimmer ist 15 m2 groß und geht auf einen Innenhof raus, ist also ruhig. Das Zimmer wäre teilmöbliert (Bett, Tisch+Stuhl, Beistelltisch, Regal), wenn gewünscht natürlich auch unmöbliert zu vermieten. Zur Wohnung gehören zwei Balkons, einer an der Küche, einer an einem der anderen Zimmer. Waschmaschine, Telefon und Internet sind vorhanden, Warmmiete inklusive Telefon und Internet sind 250 Euro.

Das Zimmer liegt direkt an der Haltestelle "Tivoli" in der Rüppurrer Straße. Der Lidl zum Einkaufen und ein Wald zum Joggen sind 2 Minuten entfernt, der Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß in 10 min zu erreichen und in der Innenstadt ist man auch recht schnell.
In der WG wohnen ein 28jähriger Maschinenbaudoktorand und eine 23jährige Lehramtsstudentin, beide supernett und entspannt :).
