Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 Quadratmeter groß, hat Parkettboden und ein großes Fenster Richtung Süden. Es ist möbliert (1,40m Bett, Schreibtisch, große Couch, Schrank und Kommode - siehe Bilder)
In der Wohnung gibt es außerdem eine große Küche inklusive Spühlmaschine und einem gemütlichen Esstisch. Das Bad hat zwar kein Tageslicht, ist aber ansonsten top, inklusive Waschmaschine. Von der Küche aus gibt es einen überdachten Balkon. Es gibt einen überdachten Fahrradabstellplatz.
Die Wohnung liegt nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß von der Haltestelle Werderstraße entfernt. Zur Uni sind es mit dem Rad keine 10 Minuten. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Check-In, Nahkauf) sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Ich mache ab Mai ein Praktikum in Stuttgart für 5 Monate und möchte für diese Zeit mein Zimmer untervermieten. Die WG ist eine zweier-WG. Meine Mitbewohnerin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Bisher haben wir zwei es auch ohne Putzplan geschafft die Wohnung sauber zu halten.
