Hello together,
from the beginning of February we are looking for a new main tenant for our WG in the attic of a beautiful, listed old building, as I finish my studies and therefore move out.
The approximately 12 sqm room is beautifully bright due to two large windows and the furniture is available for takeover, including bed, wardrobe, desk, and TVboard.
In the 280€ rent all additional costs as well as electricity and internet are already included.
The WG is fully equipped, i.e. washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils etc. are available in the apartment.
The house also includes a backyard where you can park your bike safely.

The location is central and the connection is very good.
KIT is reached in 5 minutes by bike and university in 10 minutes.
The Rüppurrer Tor tram stop is a 2-minute walk away. The train takes 10 minutes to the Central Station or Europaplatz.
The EDEKA Check-In Center is just 200 meters away and in the same street. And also a Lidl is not far away.
All in all, therefore, one is very well connected in all directions and can do the most important things in the immediate vicinity.

In unserer WG machen wir oft und gerne etwas zusammen. Im Sommer geht es gemeinsam an den nächsten Badesee oder für eine Radtour in den Schwarzwald. Überhaupt versuchen wir den anstrengenden Unialltag 😉 mit gemeinsamem Sport und einem Bierchen auszugleichen. Wir kochen gerne zusammen oder grillen bei gutem Wetter im Hinterhof. Im Haus gibt es noch weitere Studenten-WGs mit denen manchmal auch ein gemeinsamer Abend stattfindet, ob zu einem Bierpongtunier oder einfach einem Kaffee spielt dabei keine Rolle.
Wenn man mal konzentriert arbeiten möchte oder Zeit für sich braucht, wird das aber natürlich ebenso respektiert.
