Beautiful bright 21 square meters room east with garden view.
It is furnished: 1.40m bed, large wardrobe, shelf, mirror, night table, lamp, desk and two chairs.
The room was also renovated last year: The wall was reused, the floor was relocated and soundproofed. The window will change this year.
The apartment has a large kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and new oven. Bicycles can be parked in the farm and there is a garden with fresh herbs.
The two next stops are 5 minutes walk on Karlstraße (Matthystraße and Kolpingplatz). Dm and Penny are just around the corner and Edeka can be reached in a few minutes. Europaplatz is about 20 minutes walk away. The main railway station and the Günther-Klotz facility are also fast.
I (Sofia) will move to Berlin in January for my work. The room will be officially available from 01.02, but after consultation it will be more than usual.
This WG was my first home in Germany, I made beautiful experiences here and I am completely convinced that the coming roommate will feel so comfortable here. ☺️
