In our cozy WG, Jakob, Fangnian and Malte live – three uncomplicated and nice roommates who make the WG life pleasant and relaxed. With us it is rather quiet, but you meet again and again in the evening randomly in the kitchen, when someone cooks, and get into the conversation quite easily. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed – without obligation, but always open to a nice conversation.

Your future room is to the quiet side of the farm – instead of street noise, you only hear the birds whipping in summer. In front of the window there is a large tree that turns the room into a green oasis and ensures real feel-good feeling feeling feeling.

The apartment is well maintained and we have a working cleaning plan to make everyone feel comfortable. In the kitchen you will find everything you need – including washing machine, large fridge with freezer compartment and sufficient storage space for all. In addition, there is an approx. 25 square meter storage space, which is currently almost empty and can be used.

The building is older, but very solid – from the trams nearby you feel absolutely nothing. We share Wi-Fi easily with the WG one floor over us (5 € per person per month), and as many apartments in the house are also WGs, there is a loose, communal house atmosphere where you can quickly feel welcome.

I would leave some furniture in the room – including an almost new wardrobe (only half a year old), a comfortable armchair and the shelves behind the bed. For everything together I would like to have 200 € – naturally negotiable on request.

In addition to rent, only the GEZ fees and the small contribution for WLAN are added.

In unserer gemütlichen WG wohnen Jakob, Fangnian und Malte – drei unkomplizierte und nette Mitbewohner, die das WG-Leben angenehm und entspannt gestalten. Bei uns geht es eher ruhig zu, aber man trifft sich immer mal wieder abends zufällig in der Küche, wenn jemand kocht, und kommt dabei ganz locker ins Gespräch. Die Atmosphäre ist freundlich und entspannt – ganz ohne Verpflichtung, aber immer offen für ein nettes Gespräch.

Dein zukünftiges Zimmer liegt zur ruhigen Hofseite hin – statt Straßenlärm hörst du im Sommer nur das Zwitschern der Vögel. Vor dem Fenster steht ein großer Baum, der das Zimmer in eine grüne Oase verwandelt und für echtes Wohlfühl-Feeling sorgt.

Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und wir haben einen funktionierenden Putzplan, damit sich alle wohlfühlen. In der Küche findest du alles, was du brauchst – inklusive Waschmaschine, großem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und ausreichend Stauraum für alle. Außerdem gibt es im Keller einen ca. 25 Quadratmeter großen Lagerraum, der aktuell fast leer ist und mitgenutzt werden kann.

Das Gebäude ist zwar älter, aber sehr solide – von den Straßenbahnen in der Nähe spürt man absolut nichts. Das WLAN teilen wir uns unkompliziert mit der WG eine Etage über uns (5 € pro Person im Monat), und da viele Wohnungen im Haus ebenfalls WGs sind, ergibt sich eine lockere, gemeinschaftliche Haus-Atmosphäre, in der man sich schnell willkommen fühlt.

Ein paar Möbel würde ich im Zimmer lassen – darunter ein fast neuer Schrank (nur ein halbes Jahr alt), ein bequemer Sessel und die Regale hinter dem Bett. Für alles zusammen hätte ich gerne 200 € – auf Wunsch natürlich verhandelbar.

Zusätzlich zur Miete kommen nur noch die GEZ-Gebühren und der kleine Beitrag fürs WLAN dazu.
