Ich suche einen Nachmieter ab 30 Jahre für mein Zimmer (20qm) in einer freundlichen WG in KA-Weststadt.
Das Zimmer liegt zur Nordseite, hat einen Rolladen, einen hellen, pflegeleichten Laminatboden und ist sehr ruhig, da es zum Hinterhof rausgeht.
Gesucht werden ein männlicher oder weiblicher Mitbewohner ab 30 Jahren. In der WG wohnen Steffi(31) und Marion(40). Letztere zieht aber auch zum 1.10 aus.
Es gibt kein Gemeinschaftszimmer, aber eine relativ große Küche mit Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Spül-und Waschmaschine. Dazu ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne und ein extra WC.
Im Zimmer verbleiben ein Kleiderschrank, ein Beistellregal und ein Bücherregal. Das Zimmer ist für Karlsruher Verhältnisse relativ günstig und gut angebunden. In zwei Minuten ist man an der Haltestelle Händelstrasse und von dort aus schnell in der Stadt.
