Da ich im März umziehe, suche ich hier einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer.
Bei dem angebotenen Zimmer handelt es sich um ein Appartement in einer 6er WG.
Es befindet sich im 4. Obergeschoss.
Das Zimmer besitzt eine Schrankküche, einen eigenen Kühlschrank sowie eine eigene Dusche mit WC.
Da das Zimmer zur Hofseite liegt, ist es dort auch immer sehr ruhig.
Auf Wunsch mit Möblierung.
Die Lage der WG ist optimal. Sie liegt direkt im Zentrum. Zum Europaplatz sind es ca 2 min zu Fuß.
Dort gibt es auch alle Anbindungen an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.
Das WG-Leben ist super entspannt und ich denke, dass wir mit fast jedem gut auskommen werden. Wir haben eine gemeinsame Küche, wo man gut zusammen etwas kochen, sitzen, trinken, chillen etc. kann.
Man kann sich aber auch gut zurückziehen wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben will.
