We're looking for an intermediate renter for one of our rooms. The room has 24 m2 with large window (west). Due to the high ceilings of 3.40 m, the room and the whole apartment are significantly larger and brighter.
The room is rented furnished. This includes bed with mattress, desk with chair and several cabinets/legals.
In addition, the apartment is equipped (TV, beamer, Dolby system, games, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen utensils).

The apartment is located between Europaplatz and Mühlburger Tor and close to public transport. In the city centre you need a bike only minutes, just like the university. KIT is reached by bike in about 10 minutes. Shops (Rewe, Peny, Lidl), bakers, pharmacies, restaurants are all nearby.

We all do a lot of sports and are usually in training or with friends. Our apartment is therefore a place to relax and feel comfortable. We are all tidy and ask for the new roommate.
We understand and usually cook together or for each other and let the evenings or weekends sound together on the couch. Of course, we invite or celebrate friends.

Input would be possible from 01.02. I'm flexible at the exact time for entry and exit.
